What does this have to do with you?
Hello! Welcome to my little corner of the internet. Maybe you are asking why you should care about being faithful. What does any of this have to do with you? Why should you stop playing video games or scrolling social media?
I’m glad you asked. (You do want to know, right?)
You’ve probably noticed that the world is confusing. One person says this. Another person insists that this is the worst thing you can do. Your friends have changed. Your interests might have changed. Your whole life is always changing. I know my life is.
But God isn’t. God is constant and faithful. Even if we are not. God provides so many blessings for us. The only true God wants a personal relationship with us. He wants to bless us.
I want to be faithful. Too many people call themselves Christians, but they don’t try to live for Christ. It is time to change that. Teenagers can make a difference. We can be faithful.
Don’t let anyone despise your youth, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.
We can be examples for everyone, even those who are older than us. We all have people watching us. What do they see in you? What does your life show?
I want to be someone who shows Christ in all I do. I want to live out this verse in my own life.
Is it easy? No. But what I do matters for eternity. I’m willing to work hard.
